A brand new two-hundred dollar nike basketball that’s me. I’m made of the most premium finest quality leather ever seen or handled so a human just purchased me. I am so excited to see what the purpose of my life is as a basketball when we finally get back to his house after a long and very boring car ride.

We are walking through his house and I see things such as unfinished pizza and empty bottles of mountain dew my favorite soda and clothes are thrown everywhere think to myself how could anyone or anything live in these conditions finally we get to his room which is even worse than his living room he puts me on a pile of old clothes I think to myself is this any way to treat a brand new ball. As I look around the rest of his room I see another ball its beat up and made of rubber unlike myself.

Laughter comes out of my mouth look at that old thing I’m so happy I get to replace that I slowly start to dose off and out of nowhere I hear a very loud bzzzzzz almost as if there was a bee in the room and I start shaking in my box because I’m allergic to bees and the sound gets louder and louder and finally the human is back in his room and says were did I leave my phone and I say how can that be a phone it so tiny but after he answers I hear his friend say are you ready to hoop and my human says yes so I think since I heard the word hoop must have something to do with me



I am so happy I think I’m finally going to be put to use he takes me out of the box and we go for another boring car ride we get to this thing called a court he throws my face into the ground then he puts me in this so called hoop it hurts a lot at first but I get used to it after a while. A request for a game I hear and my human says guy I will be right back I’m going to get the old rubber ball this ball is way too bouncy for me when I heard this I was incensed with anger so I decide next time when he uses me and he shoots I will go flat in the middle of the air and embarrass him in front of everybody
