Summary: Melody Evans is on a family trip when she meets Cedrik Delaso, the new kid in town. He may be a jock, but his attitude surprises her as they warm to each other and become friends.
Mel may hope that they can be more than friends, but the chance is approaching quickly. But when life at home changes drastically, things swing dramatically for her.
