Have you ever gone to jail for something you didn’t do?
Well in the book holes a boy named Stanley yentas’ went to camp green lake for stilling a pair of shoes but he claims that he didn’t still them.

Stanley is having a bad life at green lake. He’s still over weight, he’s being made fun of and he still doesn’t know how to dig a simple hole. Stanley family has no good luck ever since his no good- dirty rotten pig stealing great- great grandfather. Didn’t help madden- zaroni with her fat pig. And Stanley having to dig holes because the warden is trying to find treasure. And when Stanley figures out how his family has bad luck.
I recommend that people that like mystery books should read the book holes. And after you read the book you should watch the movie and the author has many other book

The book holes has a terrify ending because at the end of something happens to Stanley’s family. And in the book Stanley’s has to have courage to climb the mountain
