Disappoint
It’s a simple task to not disappoint
But you still continue to let me down
But all we do is disappoint each other
When i try to get up you always knock me down
The disappointment has finally consumed me
Like a wildfire on a hot summer’s day
You have driven me to my final breaking point
But it was you who could no longer stay
And now it’s your turn to make your point
While i’m on my knees begging you to stay with me
You told me you were at your limit point
You have to leave me and all i could do is agree
But here i am pointing my finger at you
I understand your pain now i really do

I decided to write about disappointment because i have experienced alot of it and since it was the only thing i could really connect to.
