Desolate in the Dark the Beast does loom
Ever changing its form always hidden
Laden with hatred, bearing mankind’s doom
Beckoning toward that which is forbidden

Silently unnoticed evil does cloak
A specter haunting devours the soul
Forging fear and loathing with each lie spoke
Consuming innocence seizing control

Its fury distorting all that is good
Promoting intolerance in mankind
Engendering bigotry through falsehood
The reality of truth soon made blind

Exploiting the Dark, the Beast does not wait
No longer hidden affirming its plan
Laden with hatred bearing mankind’s fate
For the beast resides in the heart of man
