Beautiful Canvas
  I am a blank canvas.
Paint on me what you will,
But from your words I’ll never heal,
  Those moments of solitude reveal,
  I’ve already been painted.
I am a revealed piece of art.
  Look upon me with curiosity,
In your eyes I’m a monstrosity,
In your heart you feel much animosity,
But on my face remains a smile.
  I am a peculiar beauty.
Grasp the meaning of my existence,
A smile on my face with such persistence,
‘Cause I am myself, a painted canvas.
