Burnt to a Degree
I can’t take it anymore, all this pain
Brewing inside of me about to blow
It’s seriously making me go insane
I just need a little time to grow
I need more time to take it all in now
A little space is all I ask for too
I’ll leave you alone too; I’ll make that a vow
I bid you adieu, a farewell it’s true
I’ll be here scarred, while I mull things over
I hope you will do the same now for me
I will stay here and become a griever
You have left me here burnt to a degree
While you are gone I will remain here
I hope you take what I say sincere
