They call this country a democracy
Were everyone is equal
We all have the right to vote
And the right to appeal

But at one point we were ruled
By a president not chosen by us
Now we have the right to vote
And take this chance we must

This leader we had then
Is a terrible, terrible being
So we vote for our only other option
Who is this man I see

He was the best contestant
And everything was perfect
But when election were over
The secrets permeated

The man that makes our law
Was the one who broke the worse
And miss Madame vice president
Helped with the terrible curse

So how can I lesson to you
How can you lesson to yourself
This is my letter to appeal
Things better change or I’m getting out

This peom is an allusion of when my parents got a divoce. The court decide we should go live with my mom but things were terriable there. So when I finally had a say I chose to live with my dad but right after I moved I realized he had an affair.
