I’m falling, and falling down a spiral of my sorrow.
Trying to find a way out, but this is taking forever and a day.
Feeling joyful one day, but truculent tomorrow.
I try to explain, but what can I say?

I’m rising, and rising up from the ground.
I stand on my feet, and a figure I see.
I look up & down, but confusion comes to my mind as I see no one else around.
Tell me how could this be; the person who I see is me.

I’m climbing, and climbing; determined to make it to the top.
Motivated by myself as I escape from the sorrows of my mind.
The latter is tall and hard to climb; but I won’t stop until I feel what I’ve been searching hard to find.

Inner peace in my mind.

I wrote this poem to express my downfalls to my come up's. We all go through them, and at times all we need is faith to get us through.
