The Beach
March 10, 2010
The waves are small,
On a calm warm day.
But best of all,
I’m sitting on a cay.
The sand is soft,
It’s as white as a star.
The palm trees stand off,
The back and up far.
I go for a swim,
In the light turquoise sea.
As the sky dims,
I leave with strong glee.
