Rain Walking
I went walking in the rain.
The pitter patter of the rain drops cleared my head.
The thought of his face calmed my nerves.
I thought of all the places I would rather be instead.
While I stared into the mist that touched the Earth.
I went walking in the rain.
The leaves that crunched under my feet marked my path.
Music of my creation filled my mind.
I swore to myself one day I would never look back.
I would leave what I left behind, behind.
I went walking in the rain.
The breath I left when I exhaled left traces of me.
And the cold wind of December fogged my face.
I remembered all the times I did as he pleased.
But I know he still will not see me the same way.
I went walking in the rain.

This poem is defenitely about a boy who defenitley broke my heart. And I defenitely forgave him. Because I'm defenitely an idiot.
