Killerz

I’m talking bout killerz, not the ones who murder neighbors
or do something terrible and go to jail for bad behavior
These killers take out their anger by strangling and slitting humans
They do acts of violence, aim opposite of that of Harry Truman
These killers have no soul, no positive role
Hurting people, leaving behind blood as they stroll
And for that matter they’re frightening, scaring the young and old,
Except this song is not about the killers I just told...
I mean killerz, demons of a world longing to go green,
They ruin habitats and think it’s right to chop down trees
It ain’t okay, these murderers have no sympathy for the wild
To the forest destroying a plant is like killing a child
And everybody wants the tragic national hobby to end
Riots are starting and “Save the Jungle” t-shirts are becoming a trend
America get rid of you wood saws and cranes, stop the demolish
For the money you spend on this painful activity could really help the poor go to college
Don’t capture the freedom of birds, insects or others who call forest their home
Don’t let all the amazing animals fend for their own
Do you realize the creatures will have to again adapt to life and the time it takes
Construction by where they used to live, the annoying aggressive noise it makes
Am I the first one to write a protesting song
Swiftly I hope killerz know what they are doing wrong
So there is a brighter, greener future, forget the past
Or else some species will become forever extinct, alas
Save the planet, Save the world
One huge effort we’ll need, together boys and girls
Creatures of the Earth are losing their homes
Oh how these killerz are destroying biomes
Why can’t the soil and oceans stay the way they are
Why can’t we put down tree chopping, put afar
The wild was meant to be a system undisturbed
C’mon killerz these animals are not getting the respect they deserve
  Deserve, Deserve, Deserve, Deserve
The wild was meant to be a system undisturbed...

This is a short rap I created a few years ago. The purpose of these lyrics were to reveal to the audience the damage done by people who are cutting down trees and killing nature habitats across the globe.
