Favorite Quote:
Life isn't fair; a fair is a place where you can play game, eat corn dogs, and ride Ferris wheels.

Verse one:
The storm is over
The clouds have parted
And a ray of sunshine
Is breaking through
Like the Heavens
There you are
Sitting in the shadows
Waiting for the right hand
To pick you up
And guide you home

Chorus:
Love is here to free you
From the aftermath
Come with me darling
The storm has deeply wounded you
And opened scars
But I will kiss your hand
And sew them shut
Come with me darling
And I will guide you home

Verse Two:
The waves have crashed their course
The wind has knocked you down
Lightning, thunder, rain and hail
Have beat you down
And left nothing but a ghost
Of your old self
But darling I am here now
To pick up the pieces
To clean you up
And guide you home

Chorus:
Love is here to free you
From the aftermath
Come with me darling
The storm has deeply wounded you
And opened scars
But I will kiss your hand
And sew them shut
Come with me darling
And I will guide you home

Break:
Darling it will be okay
I am here to help you
When you stumble and fall
I will pick you up
When you wander off the path
I will show you the way
When the clouds gather again
And a storm rumbles
I will shelter you
And when you finally find yourself
And come home
I will be there
And bring you love
Forever and ever

Modified Chorus:
Love is here to free you
From the aftermath
Come with me darling
You may be wounded now
But I will heal you
Come with me darling
Come with me, come with me
And I will guide you home

Coda:
The storm is over
The clouds have parted
And I am here darling
And I will guide you home

The author's comments:
The main character in a book I am writing is named Rosalynn and she is completely lost. This would be what her brother or boyfriend sing to her because they are there to help her whether she sees it or not.
