Back in Junior high
You would always see me
With my friends
Just hanging out and laughing hard
People starring
And telling us
How awesome we make friendship looks
But now we’re in high school
Seems like
They’ve found different groups
And I feel like an outsider
I talk but I’m never heard
So I just stand
And say to myself

Where have the true friends go?
The ones I thought
I could depend on
When everybody else turns against me

I wrote this on my sixteenth birthday, because two my bestfriend from middle school totally forgot my birthday, and did't even say happy birthday. I was really sad and found myself writting this song.

your posting this to every poem it was valid the first time but now it's just getting repetitive and annoying.

but to the poemwriter, this shows what our world of friends has become. good job!
