tick tick tock
the clock moves slow
as slow as the snal
moving across the floor
dropping into beauty
the sun apon my head
forgetting about time
daydreaming instead
as the period ends with a bell
i rush to get ahead
the day will end soon
i open the door
sit at my desk
look up at the clock
it starts all over again
