Autumn Leaves
Autumn is ending
but my linger for you is like the sky
it’s endless.
I miss you,
I miss your warmth that saved me from
that harsh winter night.
What if I was a dead leaf,
a leaf that abandons it’s home when winter calls.
Would I then be able to reach you?
I’ve become like one of the fallen leaves,
in need to taunt it’s grave under the heavy ice
but the time seemed to have stopped.
I was once conscious
Then you left like the winter
But even in the cold, dark winter
I was like summer, I was awake.
I hate you
The crystal snow that was once our shooting star
is no longer there.
The shattering sound of the lifeless leaves
reminds me of the time you left
I hate you even more.
For you I was strong
I was stron even if I was hurting
But now I’m sick of this
Is it really the ‘time’ that I hate?
Is it you?
Is it the winter,
that reminds me of how much I miss you.
Is it the Autumn,
that reminds me of your absence.
Or is it your untruthful passion.
