Don't take it for granted
Every now and then whether we realize it or not we come across opportunities or situations that we ignore and push just push aside. Sometimes it's because we don't give things much importance or sometimes we're just scared to make mistakes. But we are humans and mistakes are allowed! Personally, I'm not perfect but I just want to say that it's okay to make mistakes or be afraid. If mistakes were banned or not allowed tell me….
How would we be able to improve? Or how else would we learn?
When people are scared to make mistakes we tend to leave things aside or give them little importance when in reality you should be taking risks yet sometimes we just don't realize we are losing opportunities. When this happens people tend to say I'll do tomorrow or how about next week but really are you actually going to do it? Personally, I am guilty of that but tomorrow is never promised so how about we take action now because later will we only regret the chances we didn't take.
Obviously taking things for granted is not just about being scared to take initiative or make mistakes but also about being thankful for what we have. One example is our parents. Without our parents what would be of us? Instead of not paying attention how about you go up to them and say thank you or something so simple as I love you. I’ve heard and seen so many people disrespect and take their parents for granted but what they don't realize is that they won't always be there, unfortunately, there's going to be a day when they won't be with us and we are going to look back and regret not appreciating when they were here so enjoy the time while you still can.
Never feel like something is not important enough or be scared to make a mistake because later we are going to look back and regret the chances we didn't take.
