my memories of you will outreach their arms to embrace my thoughts
Although I’ll never look into your eyes again,
their swirling storm of blue resemble the sky so deeply I’ll look into them everyday
Although we won’t talk,
your words will reside and resonate inside me
Although I won’t hear your voice,
song lyrics will speak to me just as you did
Although I won’t walk with you again,
the paths you’ve made are still visible, but only to me.
