The Meaning of Yellow
Screaming at the top of our lungs
Standing against the cold rail
Singing our school alma mater
Sweeps of yellow confetti
In the air
Laughing until our stomach hurts
Leaning against the folded chairs
Loving with our closest friends
Leaves full of yellow
In the air
The yellow sunset fills the sky
My yellow dress carefully lies
The yellow earrings shine so bright
His yellow hair
Full of light
Flashing yellow cameras fill the stands
As the cheerleaders flash their hands
The yellow desks fill the room
The students shudder
Full of gloom
Overall the year was grand
The yellow accents aren't so bland
The yearbook full of yellow ink
It all passed
A single blink
