halls laced with violence
"angry, misguided, mentally ill"
Excuses for murder
when the fire alarm sounds
Our ears should not have to strain for gunshots
Our schools should not be breeding grounds for bloodshed
Our country is bleeding
Band-aids won't help
They eye our wounds with sympathy
But just that
