The Sun Always Rises
The Sun Always Rises
The sun always rises,
But the whispering rumors of the past whirl around her,
Every muscle in her body is collapsing,
And she has no energy left to fight the storm.
The sun always rises,
But she is tired of living a life that looks as serene as the ocean,
Because no one else can see the chaos,
Caused by the monsters lurking in the dark.
The sun always rises,
But she has become too broken to feel the warmth,
For beneath her bright blue eyes births a blizzard of black,
And a glassy layer of tears floods over them.
The sun always rises,
But she is running out of time,
For tonight once it becomes dark,
It will stay for the rest of time.
