What Now?

It goes by so quick
And yet I wanted to it to go faster
To be a year older
To have my own life to master
And now that every milestone
I wished upon has happened
What now?
I tell myself to take every day separately
Enjoy the little things
Don’t think about the future desperately
As that will come naturally
No more ‘what now’
Because the time you have now is never coming back
It's time to live in the wow

I am a senior in high school, and I wrote this piece reflecting back on my past experience and my future experience at college.
