The Dream We All Needed
The cemetery where all dreams go to die
A place all too familiar
On an eternal night
For there was no day
They all shared The Dream
Martha had thought that The Dream
Was dead
Yet it seems to be more alive than ever
So alive in fact that
People’s voices were heard
When their votes
Were not
They took to the streets
They were The Dreamers
As Martha thought #MeToo
The night began to lighten
As light was given to society’s many flaws
