Waking up,
a fresh snow fallen.
No school!
I fly down the stairs,
jump into my snow gear.
Sprinting out I get half way
realizing that I had left it.
Wasting my time,
going and getting my tube.
The journey up starts.
Climbing further and further,
anticipation growing inside me
as the top grows near
Finally!
Mounting the tube,
Taking a deep breath
3,2,1 go
Faster,
       Faster,
             Faster,
Air smashing my face as I fly down.
Hitting the first turn feeling like
I’m in the luge.
Hitting the bottom,
falling out the tube,
sprinting up time after time.
