I know you think “I’m only a shadow”
I know you say to yourself I’m all alone
I know you hide everything on your mind
I know you lie and say that you’re fine

I know you feel you aren’t as important
I know you think you aren’t as intelligent
I know you think you aren’t as pretty
I know you wish you were more like her

I know it all
The tears and the fake smiles
Stop pretending
It’ll be alright

Lean on my shoulder and take your time
To cry it out and know, I’ll be there anytime
