Bumping along the road,
Down the streets of Milwaukee,
Streetcars carrying anxious passengers.

Sunshine oh so bright,
Wandering around through the day and night,
Fresh smells and laughter all around,
Pastries and baking from end to end.

Busy people crossing streets,
Passing stores to pass the time,
A long line at Sendik’s,
Always the best store in town.

Moving on without a care,
Passing by like no one is there,
Watching a show at Nickelodeon,
As lots of laughs fill the crowd.

A day I soon won’t forget,
Memories for some time,
The streets of Milwaukee,
