“It’ll be okay.”
No, it won’t,
It will never be okay
Because whenever
I close my eyes,
I see him!
I can only imagine
What his brains
Looked like, splattered
All over the place.
“It’ll be okay.”
How will it be okay
If I cry whenever
I even think about him?!
“It’ll be okay.”
It will
NEVER
Be okay.
