Loose Leaf Peach Tea
What a gift
To be able to give
The sweetness of spring blossoms
The ripeness of summer peaches
The earthiness of a garden bed
What a gift
To be able to receive
Peaches and blossoms and gardens
All in a can, to open any day
What a gift
To be able to sip
The children of sunshine
On a rainy winter Sunday

Inspired by my old soccer teammate, Annika Baurle, who bought me peach tea once. This serves as a reminder to myself, and a message to you, to always take care of yourself. There is abundant happiness and life and goodness in the little blessings that come in the form of everyday friendships and acquaintances- whether they are physical gifts or not. Cherish those things that make you happy.
