Perplexed
I live in a quandary;
a perplexed peace of mind.
It left me vexed.
I’m thoroughly blind.
I grope for words,
yet words are sparse.
They can’t convey my thirst,
for stars and scars.
I scout for swords,
yet swords aren’t honed.
They vie for prizes,
they’re sold and owned.
I’m living a plight,
a dilemma , a fight.
I groan aloud,
I can’t see the light.
