The streets grow loud with indistinguishable murmurs.
I begin to worry I may be murdered.
The bay swiftly grows murky
when the sun begins to set.
I begin to worry about my debt;
I regret making that bet.
I walk down an alley full of dragon’s breath.
At least I am not on blue crystal meth.
Slipping into a world of death,
I should probably change my mindset.
My hands grow cold and my feet grow wet.
I regret making that bet.

I check my pocket for my money;
I surely wish it was sunny.
Unfortunately no one here is as sweet as hunny.
As she approaches, I feel a drop of cold sweat.
Where did I put my cigarettes?
I regret ever making that bet.

When the sun begins to set,
I begin to worry about my debt.
I should change my mindset.
My hands grow cold and my feet grow wet.
As she approaches, I feel a drop of cold sweat.
Where did I put my cigarettes?
I regret making that bet.

She is walking me to an underground bar;
I look around for a getaway car .
She looks at me and says, “Here comes someone treated like the tsar.”
And from afar here comes a movie star.
My chest loosens, and my face reddens
as Russell walks my way.
I suddenly remembered I’m only on a movie set.
My time has not yet come to repay my debts.
I regret making that foolish bet.
