I see what I knew

My father pointer out
And said," look out dear
These are mountains and
Those are trees."
I was no child
I knew what a mountain
Can look like...
I was no child
I knew what are trees
I knew everything about the world
Just...
"Sir, I guess she is old enough to know them,
I don't get it why are you telling her this."
To which my father replied
"My daughter was born physically impaired
We just came back from surgery."
And then I got to see what I knew
In a journey of 9 hours in the lap of nature...
