Pencil
Carletta, my mom, is the led,
She's hardworking,
When she breaks,
She sharpens up and starts back up again.
David, my dad, is the eraser,
He fixes our problems.
When something is messed up,
dad is the one to go to.
I am the gripey,
I am calm and collected.
When my parents argue,
I don’t bother them,
I stay away from them.
My family is a pencil,
And when we're up against something,
We stick together as team.
