I guess I know what's coming,
The frea and visions flood in,
I didn't want to shut my eyes,
And let my conscience win,

I promised myself to not give up,
To face whatever i may find,
But mostly not to hand myself over,
To the darkness of my mind,

What I find truly scares me,
Like a monster under the bed,
A mixtape of my worst nightmares,
My optimist is dead,

I know what I need is a lifeline,
Whom i can trust to know,
I also know that will never happen,
In this life i am on my own,

On this lonely planet Earth,
There is but one thing i can tell,
The thing is the pen that writes my thoughts,
The paper must hold till the end.
