Heart like an ocean
Body like a sculpture
Mind like a desert

Heart is vast
It reaches out to you
But just as you try to pull it close
Moon pulls it back

Body is smooth
Like the finest granite
Yet it's as cold as Ice
You'll only heat the surface

Mind is barren
You see it's dead inside
As soon as you see tears
You'll never see it again

Pain like an ocean
Tears like stone
Mouth like ash

Pain swells in its belly
Fills its empty eyes
But when you reach for it
It Smiles and says it's fine

Tears slip from raw eyes
Screams tear through its throat
Blood from the wounds it can't see
Scars left by people who abandoned it

Mouth tries to speak
Fear holds its leash
Why speak
Not even nobody cares what it says
