My body may be dying
My body may be dying,
But you’ll never find me crying.
All I’ll ever do is rise,
You can see it in my eyes.
My work remains unfinished,
But my hope is never diminished.
Until the end I’ll fight,
And my path continues to burn bright.

I was thinking about sick children and how courageous they are. Some kids are far braver than most adults in these situations and so I wrote a poem for their struggle and their fight.
