Riding Down the Street
I fly down the road, pedaling as fast as I can.
Wind rushes past my face, making my eyes water,
and filling my ears with the sound of the wind.
My surroundings transform into a blur,
and my clothes flutter in the wind,
as I pedal down the empty road.
I hear a clanking sound as I change gears.
A dog barks at me as I breeze past its house,
trying to escape the chain metal fence.
Everything is fast until I get to a stop.
I feel exhausted as I get off the bike,
and return it to the garage.
I enter back into my normal life.
