Flash flood leaves you forsaken
Mind’s tongue gone mute
Where are you
When will I see you
Thunderhead of fate
Iron thunderbolt stamped against ivory leaf
Wind whipped pages scattered
Where are you
When will I know you
Line caught in a whirlpool of words
Black rain falls on alabaster hills
A downpour of keystrokes
I’ve found you
It’s nice to meet you
