All That's Left
To love is to love
But to hate, a misguided tune
For loving one is a softly sung lulaby
Unmistakably ment for two
For the ones who's inoccent's runs amuck with glee
It fills my heart with anamostity
Knowing that they are yet to feel
What hardship a heart does distill
So yet I yearn
For that time to return
To regain a piece long lost
A piece now gone
Where a darkend hollow now remains
I beg and pray for a piece of peace
To fill what is now forgotten,
I fear that the hardened darkness will never refrain
For this is all that is left
A harddend shell, to be my shield
To reflect the punches
Fists full of sawrow and regret
So that I may reflect
On the words that were spoken, and the ones yet to be said.
