I select a chicken select
We used to be close
Everyday I'd visit you
After school I'd swing by
And pick you up in your cardboard box
Praying you wouldn't give me CHICKEN pox
I'd drive a Suzuki sidekick and
You would not make my sides slick
I miss you so bad it hurts
I'm an addict that needs one more hit
If I don't get to enjoy your fried glory soon
I might throw a fit
Golden yellow glow and making my heart flutter
I'd even eat you if I found you in the gutter
In my head I hear your sizzling sound
And I just want to to be Plaquemine McDonald's bound
Oh sweet chicken select I wish they'd bring you back
