Tropical Storm MAG
  my eyes are oceans
  and the tides are rising
  drawn by your moon-like syllables
  my eyelashes are frail dams
  at the brink of shattering
  caused by your tormented tongue
  your wicked words
  protesting against
  the barricades of your teeth
  although they escape anyway
  fabricating tsunamis
that wrack havoc on the shores
  of my mind
  shredding my boat of sanity
  hurling pieces of me
  into the ultramarine void
  lost at sea
my lead feet drag me deeper
into the ocean of your voice
  your grip gets tighter
with every pull back to seaboard
the rope on your lifebuoy strangles me
  my twig arms splinter
  with every desperate stroke
  trying to abscond
  from your burning touch
  nevertheless I can’t swim
