Well I guess that means I'm an introvert
People are always confused with me
Because, I'm an introvert

They don’t know if I like them, like like them,
Or even…..love them...
Unless it's towards food,
love is a very rare word for me
Because, I'm an introvert

As an  introvert doesn't mean I'm shy.
It means I have a box,
And in that box is every single feeling,
I have ever felt in my life,
In this box I keep all my secrets,
all of my doubts.
Because, I'm an introvert

I feel like half of the time,
I don't even know my own feelings.
Or what’s left of them,
People doubt them
I doubt them
Because, I'm an introvert.

You probably are afraid of falling, right?
No. you are afraid of hitting the ground.
So it's like I'm not afraid to tell my feelings,
I'm afraid of what you think of them.
Most of your reactions hurt.
Because, I'm an introvert.

I don't know if it's because I'm an introvert,
But I just don't feel like spilling my heart out.
I don't spill out like a bucket of knocked over paint,
The colors of my agony that spill out,
Spill over the thoughts and dreams,
The agony that spills can destroy those dreams.
Because, I'm an introvert.

But honey, listen, if you aren’t food,
I'm not going to say things like I love you!
Because most of the time I won’t mean it,
And I don't want to lie to a fragile person.
Or even worse i do,
Most people are like a china doll,
Really fragile heart, even with the slightest of touches,
It will shatter every piece of them.
But not me, I don't put my feelings on the line,
Because, i'm an introvert.
