In the Morning
I could imagine laying there, hearing nothing but my breath passing through my nostrils. Seeing the off-white ceiling dangling there above my head. The sun hitting my face leaving the other side of my face like the dark side of the moon. A breach in the silence occured. The voice of the interrupter smooth like beer and soft as clouds. Features divine as the gods. My senses finally powered back on and I heard more interruptions, cabs and truck horns. My focus shifted onto the other being in the room. His hair dark, slicked back, and wet from his morning shower. My focus was on nothing but him. The prisms in his face not yet noticing my gaze.

While writing this I envisioned living in an apartment in the city, waking up in the morning with thebone I love.
