the rope

Falling and falling,
deeper and deeper,
into the pit
of despair.
Trying to grasp at the rock,
my last breath
as I,
plummet down,
but,
I catch something.
My rope
the rope that saved me,
and brought me,
to the world of light,
and happiness.

I usually just get ideas spontaneously,and I write them quickly because inspiration is found everywhere. Inspiration for this particular poem was found from my feelings and partially from a book that impacted me.
