Another World

Writing pulls me into another world.
Into a world of emotions,
characters,
love stories,
and everything that could be.
An outlet to new ideas.
A way of expression.
To let all feelings out.
To let them out on a blank canvas,
only to be filled by my words,
my thoughts,
my emotions.
The blank canvas becomes a portal.
A portal to a world of my own.
One that I control,
I control the beginning,
the ending,
and everything in between.
