Do you remember the garden
We used to twirl around
In floral skirts
Throwing dandelions in the hair
Tying tulips in our hair
I'd climb the cherry blossom tree
As you admired the orchids
I just wanted an adventure
But you were a gentle butterfly
And I was a firefly
With hands as soft as cotton
You pick the delicate petals
Why didn’t you adore the roses
Flashing a scarlet red
The darkness just doesn't appeal to you
Hair wavy like a stream
Eyes as green as a meadow
You are the garden
And all of its colorful flowers
I am the roses
Why didn’t you notice me
