Candyman
Scent of caramel rain so strong
The sweetness cakes the back of my throat.
Drizzling from creamer clouds
Puffs of white that match the milky sea.
My feet sink sticky into sugar puddles.
I'm trying to avoid the coffee bean storm
But addiction to expresso holds me.
I'm caffeinated by the shop atmosphere.
Curling winds pour chocolate scents
Take my hands and dip them in mocha.
Covered head-to-toe in sweets
I won't leave I'm attached where I stand.
