Isolationism

What is isolationism
To some it is feeling cold
Thinking no one is there to help
Feeling lost and alone
Thinking there is no light at the end of the tunnel
And it can tear you apart
From the inside out
And eventually
The outside is gone too
Everything that used to make you happy
Is now nothing but sadness
When u let the loneliness take over
