The victim hides behind
A mask of his disguise
And who he is today
Is worse than other times

He's lying on the floor
But they just walk on by
He's filled with pain and hurt
But they don't bat an eye

Fat, Ugly, Worthless, Stupid
These are the words he hears
He calls out for a friend
Alone, his doubt turns to fear

He wears a meaningless grin
Everybody laughs at his face
People call him an idiot
They haven't been in his place

He doesn't try and act anymore
To you, it's just fun and play
With all the pressure down on him
He starts to give away

But then someone leaves the crowd
And hears his pleas and cries
She makes a stand where no one would
And there she unravels your lies

Her helping hand and kindness warm
Comforts him and heals his soul
No longer is his smile so fake
and weakened is your hold

All he ever needed was a friend
To stand by him till the abuse's end
Now the victim stands up tall
To him, you seem very, very small

After everything you've done
You have only hurt yourself
Now you've had your fun
Your games must come to an end

So how did you enjoy your show?
Now that you've lost all your power
Higher and higher your victim grows,
And in his shadows you cower
