Never Say Never
No one should be able to
Ever hurt you if you show them how strong your
  Very soul is, and
Even if they don’t believe it,
Remind them that you’ve been through

Stuff that they’d never even imagine.
  Always believe in
Yourself, because I know what it’s like when

  No one
Else ever believes in you, and they
Very rarely realize that just because you’re different from them,
Even you have a hidden talent.
Release your talents to the world and be proud to show just exactly who you are.

I wrote this a little over two years ago, during the start of my 9th grade year. In the 9th grade, my junior high school started up a writing club, me being one of the people who thought of it. I never really showed people my love for writing until 9th grade, the writing club allowing me to show my love for it more openly. I've been in this situation before, where nobody believes in me. Heck, I still do- my mom doesn't believe my writing ability will take me to the point where I can live off of it in my future. I want to be an author, and even though people have tried to discourage me, I still keep trying. I'll never say never.
