Between saying goodbye and letting go
This has so much significance
You must know

Goodbye is just ending a hello
Letting go is to forget
Goodbye is just temporary although,
Letting go is telling a memory to escape

When you say goodbye to someone
You are telling them you will come back
When you let go of someone
You are telling them that you don’t want them back

You may let go of someone to heal an old memory
It may be too painful to keep
You can’t keep every memory
There are some that will make you weep

When you may say goodbye to someone because you have to leave

There is no need to grieve
